  • No. The platform fee is the only thing you pay us. Mobile-money providers may charge their own withdrawal fee, but that goes to them, not us.

  • Yes. Tenants log in with a phone OTP and pay via MTN or Airtel money. Email is optional everywhere a phone number is enough.

  • We’ll prompt you to upgrade. Nothing breaks; you just won’t be able to add new tenants until the cap clears or you move up a plan.

  • Yes. Switch any time from your subscription settings — annual saves up to 15%.

  • Through Marz Wallet (a regulated mobile-money aggregator in Uganda). Settlements land in your wallet with a provider reference and a webhook receipt.
